RETURNS

The return window for online purchases is 14 days from the date of delivery. You can return your item for an exchange or full refund to the payment method you chose when making the purchase. For security reasons, we are unable to refund a different credit card than the one used for the purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be provided to returns made outside of this window. Please note that if you opt for an exchange, the return window continues from the original delivery date prior to the exchange, the return window does not restart.

Unfortunately, gift cards and any personalized items that are made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so for example, if you originally selected expedited shipping for your order, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return.

We do not offer refunds for shipping insurance, so for example, if you selected shipping insurance for your shipment, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return.

Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging and with all tags attached. Items returned back with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition, if it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, the item(s) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny any return on merchandise that looks in any way used or tampered with. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: there may be a 15% restocking fee for any return.

If you received a defective item, please contact support@denaji.com for assistance with your exchange. You will be required to show proof of purchase for an exchange.

In the case of free shipping, a $40 original shipping fee will be deducted from the return amount. If you opt to use our return label, we will deduct a return shipping fee at cost. Finally, 10% of the original total cost will be deducted from the refund amount (this covers payment processing fees which unfortunately, we do not get reimbursed for). 

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 5 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. Once your return has been accepted, you will be refunded.

Batteries:

All batteries are final sale and cannot be returned. If batteries are included in a bundle (e.g. with a bag or other item), the cost of the battery ($59.99) will be deducted from the refund.
