Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders may take 24 to 48 hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped.
  • Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery.

STANDARD

  • Fee: Complimentary for all orders $300 and above (for shipping within the United States only).
  • Delivery Timing: 5-8 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
  • Exceptions: If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
  • Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
  • Alaska and Hawaii: Allow 5-7 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email. For expedited delivery, we recommend you select Express or Overnight Shipping

EXPRESS

  • Fee: Subject to current carrier rates.
  • Delivery Timing: 1-5 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email
  • Exceptions: If an order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
  • Some zip codes are not available for this service
  • Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery

1 OR 2 DAY SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Fee: Subject to current carrier rates.
  • Delivery Timing: 1-2 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email. Orders placed by 3pm (ET) Monday – Friday or by 12pm (ET) Saturday should arrive in 1-2 business days. If an order is placed after these times, it will be processed the following business day.
  • Exceptions: Orders placed after the cutoff, on Sunday’s or Holidays will be processed the following business day
  • Some zip codes are not available for this service
  • Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery

       INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

      • PLEASE NOTE: We are currently not collecting duties and import taxes on international orders. You (the buyer) will be responsible for paying the duties and import taxes on all products shipped to you in your country. Currently, all of our products ships from the United States.

      DISCLAIMER: DENAJI is not responsible for any packages showing ‘Delivered’ and/or signed for. DENAJI will not be offering to reship, refund, or reprocess any orders that were shipped to the customer’s provided shipping address. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to check shipping updates and be available to receive the ordered packages. If you purchased shipping insurance with your order, you can file a claim here.
